Jason Flynn received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2000). Mr. Flynn is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. While at Cardozo, he spent a semester as a legal intern for the Honorable John W. Bissell, a Federal District Judge, District of New Jersey. After graduation, Jason began his career as an international tax and compensation consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York City. Jason taught business law courses at New York Institute of Technology’s School of Management in Manhattan. Prior to launching his law firm in 2009, Jason was the Director of Legal and Corporate Research at Business Licenses, LLC, in Airmont, New York.
Jason partners with clients to assist them in successfully navigating their divorce within and outside the Courts. Mr. Flynn is a court approved Mediator that focuses his mediation practice on divorce and family law matters. He is available to mediate divorce or post-divorce issues, regardless of whether the areas of disagreement are finance or custody related.
Mr. Flynn assists clients with their Estate Planning and Estate Administration needs. These services include Last Will and Testament, healthcare proxies, financial Power of Attorneys and Probate of Estates.
Mr. Flynn is available to present seminars on Family Law and Estate Planning matters. Prior seminars have included: Addiction and Asset Protection, Legal and Social Services for Survivors of Domestic Violence and the ABCs of Estate Planning. Jason volunteers in various professional related capacities including serving as a judge for high school mock trial competitions. Jason provides legal services and coordinates social and other services for survivors of domestic violence.
Mr. Flynn lives in Florham Park, New Jersey, with his four children. When not practicing law, Jason enjoys playing tennis and baseball, and cheering on the NY Giants, Mets and the Devils.
